Recording Session

An afternoon session with Jermaine Spivey (guitar & vocals). Victoria producing, me on drums. It's also our new son Ossian's first recording session :-)

Time saver...

If you work with different DAW software and need to exchange arrangements between ProTools, Logic & Digital Performer (as well as many other programs) then you should check this out if you're not already aware. It's a HUGE time-saver!

Brian Eno Interview

Below is an excerpt from an interview with Brian Eno:
"The other day I heard a band who had the worst singer, the most out of time drummer and most out of tune guitarist I've ever heard on a professional record, and I thought, at last, the reaction against pro-tools perfection has set in. A pro-tools engineer would have sorted it all out, but this band was an actual celebration of human frailty. It was so rough it was really encouraging."
